Abby Solves is a 16 year old singer-songwriter based in Syracuse, NY. Abby is many things: a guitarist, a singer, an avid music theory enjoyer, and an aspiring cowboy, but above all else, she's a songwriter. Inspired by artists such as Taylor Swift, Maisie Peters, Olivia Rodrigo,  and almost any Y2K pop/rock artist, Abby loves her lyrics, and she loves pop music.  Her original music is the epitome of a pop ballad and draws inspiration from a variety of genres like pop (of course), rock & soft-rock, country, and alternative. In 2022, Abby began pursuing more, and more performance opportunities. By February 2024, she had released her debut single, "Mistakes". In April of that year, "Mistakes" began being regularly featured on 95x's "Locals Only" with Scott Dixon. Additionally, Abby had scored a performance/interview on their "Morning Mess" segment that July.  Later that year, Abby released her next single, the iconic: "Redbox". The week that "Redbox" was released, Abby was both featured on 95x's "Locals Only" again and performed at the New York State Fair!! At the beginning of 2025, Abby was nominated for a Sammys People's Choice Award and made it to the 3rd round!! Abby is currently a high school junior and hopes to attend Belmont University in Nashville, TN to continue to pursue music after she graduates in 2026. Her biggest dream is for people to hear and to feel her lyrics and music as she always has for her favorite artists. Abby continues to  learn more about and pursue music every day. Abby's next project will be coming to you soon, and she promises it'll be worth the wait. But for now, she hopes you'll be standing outside the Redbox, waiting for it to come along ♡.
